What's the difference between classroom and eLearning courses?

Classroom certification courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS, Heartsaver) are instructor-led and hands-on, ending in an internationally recognized AHA provider eCard (valid 2 years). Family & Friends CPR is a community participation course — a participation card only, not a provider eCard. AHA eLearning courses (Opioid Education, BP Measurement) are official self-paced AHA online courses; ITC provides the access code plus facilitation and support.

Do I need the AHA course manual, and is it included?

AHA classroom courses require the official course manual. Each course page states clearly whether the manual is included in the fee or arranged separately — so there are no surprises on training day.

Can I reschedule if my plans change?

Yes. ITC offers a flexible transfer policy — you can reschedule without losing your fee, subject to current admin policy and seat availability. Contact our team or use the enrollment portal if you need to change your session date.
